If you want to purchase any commercial rights - such as: broadcast, duplication, internet, stock footage, television or theatrical rights, in any of the films - worldwide - please contact CameraWork.

Direct Cinema Limited, Inc., of Santa Monica, California, are no longer licensed or authorized to distribute and sell our films (with the exception of LANDMINES: A LOVE STORY). All sales enquiries should be made directly to CameraWork.
It is a breach of copyright for a named distributor to sell any rights in the films, including videotapes and DVDs for educational or personal use, to buyers in countries other than those for which the named distributor holds the rights.

Sales Policy

Our pricing structure is flexible - to take into account your intended use of the films and your ability to pay.

Some examples:

If you are purchasing for a university (not in a poor country) and you require a film for library or classroom use - then the cost would be either $300 or $450 - depending on the duration of the film. This price includes the License Fee (see the Agreement Form below).
If you are purchasing for a school or college and you require a film for library or classroom use - then the cost would be either $150 or $225 - depending on the duration of the film. This price includes the License Fee (see the Agreement Form below).
If you wish to have a copy of a film for your personal use - then, in most cases, the cost would be less than $50 (see the Agreement Form below).
If you feel that you can use the films in support of a worthy cause, but you cannot afford to purchase them, please contact us to discuss, and perhaps we can make a gift of the films to you.

We also give discounts if you purchase more than one title or more than one copy of any title.

In special circumstances, we will provide the films at a reduced price. Please contact us.

For universities, colleges, government departments and established corporate customers, we will supply films against your official order, and invoice you at the time of delivery, with payment to be made within 30 days. For most other customers we require you to pay before the films are shipped.

Sales & License Agreement

All purchasers are required to complete the Sales & License Agreement. Please print it out - either as a PDF or Word document; then return it either via email or fax.
